Nick Read
Chair of EXA’s Board of Directors
Nick Read is the Chair of EXA Infrastructure’s Board of Directors. Nick is an accomplished and highly skilled business leader with over 30 years’ of experience across five industry sectors with 20 years’ dedicated to the telecom industry.
Most recently he was the Group Chief Executive Officer of Vodafone plc where he also held roles as Group CFO, CEO of AMAP and CEO of Vodafone UK. Prior to joining Vodafone, he held senior global finance positions with United Business Media Plc and Federal Express Worldwide. Nick has been a Non-Executive Director of Booking.com since March 2018 and was appointed as EXA Infrastructure’s Chair in June 2023.
Nick has a deep understanding of the global telecoms markets and its future evolving needs, his focus will be on helping drive EXA Infrastructure’s strategic network expansion plans, commercial growth and ongoing operational excellence efforts.
