Leadership

The people behind the network.

Buyers told us they want to know who's actually running EXA Infrastructure. So we're leading with the people, starting with our CEO,  Jim Fagan, who leads EXA Infrastructure's day-to-day operations and long-term strategy.

"We don't lease the network we run. We own it, end to end, and that's the difference our customers feel."
— Jim Fagan, CEO
Why this team

Deep operators, not a holding company.

Infrastructure at this scale isn't built by generalists. Our leadership team is made up of people who have spent their careers in this industry rather than adapting skills from an adjacent one.

That depth runs through the business. Our engineering expertise spans more than 25 years of building and maintaining mission-critical networks, through the acquisitions, upgrades and expansions that shaped EXA Infrastructure into what it is today.

What that experience gives customers is less complexity rather than more. A hands-on approach shaped by decades of solving real infrastructure problems, so what we propose is something we already know how to build.

Our Culture

Life at EXA Infrastructure, built around the network we run.

Our operations centre in Dublin anchors a team spread across our wider footprint, engineers, operators and specialists working across time zones on infrastructure that doesn't stop. It's a small enough company that your work is visible, and a serious enough one that what you build actually matters to the people relying on it. (Values and day-to-day culture copy to follow once input is confirmed; photography scheduled Phase 2.)
