At EXA Infrastructure our mission is clear: “We build & operate the mission critical digital infrastructure that enables our customers to grow today & in the future”. Our brand video is testament to our commitment to growth and our dedication to our valued customers.
Unparalleled Network Breadth
EXA Infrastructure boasts ownership and management of a fibre backbone network connecting Europe to North America and beyond. With 155,000 kilometers of fiber infrastructure, we connect more than 500 points of presence, approximately 300 edge and network colocation sites, and over 25 financial exchanges. Our network spans across 300 cities in 37 countries. As industry leaders, our expertise is further underscored by the ownership and management of subsea cables across the Atlantic and in the Mediterranean, along with the supervision of 20 Cable Landing Stations (CLS).
Investment & Build Capabilities
With a committed investment of €286 million in network upgrades and expansion since our launch in 2021, EXA Infrastructure maintains industry leadership. Utilizing cutting-edge fiber technology (G.652D) and advanced 400G transmission technology, we collaborate with top vendors in the market. This allows us to deploy our engineering and construction expertise to meet our customers' needs precisely where they require our services.
Unique Assets
EXA Infrastructure offers unique capabilities on high demand routes.
- ‘EXA Express’, our strategic transatlantic cable, offers unmatched low-latency transatlantic fibre connectivity, with latency between Slough (UK) and Seraucus (USA) available from as low as 59.0ms RTD;
- ‘Trans Adriatic Express’, EXA’s new low-latency route along the Trans Adriatic Pipeline, offers unmatched network reliability and latency between Italy, Greece and Turkey;
- EXA Infrastructure is the only operator currently offering four diverse routes from Sicily to northern Italy, providing greater choice and resiliency across the Mediterranean.
Complete Network Ownership
We own and manage 100% of our network. Ownership from the duct up removes financial and operational concerns about intermediate carriers and allows us to keep our own costs competitive and SLAs uniform across the platform. Our 24/7 Network Operating Centre (NOC) is equipped to independently identify issues and promptly apply solutions. This streamlined approach ensures that our customers interact exclusively with one unified team.
Focus & Expertise
We focus solely on four core products where we excel: infrastructure, transport, colocation, and technical services. This distinctive approach ensures specialized expertise in our organization and a hands-on strategy to streamline interactions with our customers.
Exceptional Service Delivery
We provide a deterministic ultra-high bandwidth, low latency service, with a network availability rate of 99.995%, backed by a dedicated and focused team of experts. This ensures you receive top-tier service and comprehensive account management and support throughout the lifecycle of your services.
Commercial Flexibility
We tailor our offerings to your specific needs, providing a spectrum of commercial structures such as IRUs, leases, and more, along with flexible terms to ensure maximum responsiveness for your requirements.
Award-winning
Recognized within the industry for our accomplishments, EXA Infrastructure stands as a pioneer: Powering the digital economy, building the new information age, making growth effortless and scale sustainable for its customers.
