SVP People & Culture
Cara is the SVP People & Culture of EXA Infrastructure and heads-up our People and Culture strategy. She has more than 25 years’ HR experience across numerous sectors including Financial Services, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing and FMCG. She has delivered many transformational projects, including Organizational footprint optimisation, implementation of new HR tec-stack, Reward and Talent whist ensuring optimisation of the day-to-day delivery of the function.
Cara joined EXA Infrastructure from Coats (FTSE 250), where she helped create and deploy the people strategy for the business which spanned over 60 countries and 22,000 workers.
Cara holds an MSc in HR Management and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
