Jocelyn Cho

General Counsel 

Jocelyn Cho is EXA Infrastructure’s General Counsel. She is responsible for the company’s legal, compliance and corporate governance matters. Jocelyn has over 20 years of experience advising and working with international financial institutions, blue chip corporates, start-ups and established technology companies. Jocelyn joined EXA Infrastructure from Global Cloud Xchange (GCX) where she served as the General Counsel of GCX and helped drive transformational change to create value for the company’s institutional shareholders and played an important role in the company’s successful sale to a private equity firm in 2022. Prior to GCX, Jocelyn held investment banking and legal roles with Barclays Capital in Asia Pacific. Before that, Jocelyn was a senior US corporate finance lawyer at Linklaters in both London and Hong Kong, and practiced with Jones Day in the Silicon Valley. Jocelyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Economics from Cornell University and received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas School of Law. Jocelyn is a member of the California Bar.
