Robert McCabe is the Chief Commercial Officer of EXA Infrastructure, having joined the business in June 2025 to lead its commercial strategy and deliver enduring growth across global markets.

With 28 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Robert brings a unique combination of global commercial expertise and a challenger mindset that drives transformative results. His career spans equipment vendors to global service providers, with leadership roles across Operations, Marketing, and Sales. Known for his strategic thinking and relentless focus on efficiency, he has consistently delivered commercial impact in complex and competitive environments.

Prior to EXA, Robert spent 15 years at Level 3 Communications, serving in multiple senior roles during a period of significant transformation and expansion. Most recently, he led global sales teams at Colt Technology Services for seven years, playing a key role in shaping Colt’s go-to-market strategy and scaling its infrastructure-led offerings.

Robert’s global perspective, sharp commercial instincts, and commitment to operational excellence make him a key force in EXA’s leadership team as the company enters its next phase of growth.
