Adeel Ahmad
Chief Financial Officer
Adeel Ahmad is the Chief Financial Officer of EXA Infrastructure, holding global responsibility for financial planning, accounting, tax and treasury. He has over 20 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical, distribution, telecommunications and accounting industries. Adeel previously served as the Chief Financial Officer of ADVANZ PHARMA, where he played a key role in the company’s $2.1 billion sale to a leading private equity firm in 2021. Prior to joining ADVANZ in 2013, Adeel was the CFO of Indian operations for Ingram Micro Mobility (formerly BrightPoint) in New Delhi, having held a number of increasingly senior finance roles with Nortel Networks from 2003-2012 in Canada, South Korea and China. He started his career with Deloitte LLP in Toronto. Adeel holds an MBA from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and a Chartered Accountancy designation from Canada.
